PHCC Artisan Center e-commerce website launched

The PHCC Artisan Center is a retail and consignment store that showcases local and regional artisan's crafts in Southside Virginia with the purpose of promoting economic development and tourism.This e-commerce site features information about the store and the artisans involved as well as programs that the Center offers to the public.
